Triple Bottom Line Projects
Established by John Elkington in 1994, the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) approach seeks to define the sustainability of a company based on three main elements: economic, environmental and social.
A company that seeks to integrate sustainability into its business strategy can have different actions that report results in each of the three variants.
However, a TBL project seeks is to integrate these elements into a single project. To achieve this, it is necessary to have a strategy of synergy between the different areas and actors, resulting in integrated projects with greater impact.
